Option 1 – Silver Management Package

Silver Management Fee: 14.4% of rent due monthly

Set-Up charge, 60% of rent due for one month period, subject to a minimum of £360.00

  • Accompanied viewing
  • Full tenant check

  • All the administration and provision of legal documentation
  • Professional Inventory; Schedule of Condition
  • Full Check In procedure incl. reading meters; informing utilities
  • Holding and protection of tenants' deposit

PLUS Our Management Service:

  • Reading of meters at Check In AND Check Out
  • Collection of rent
  • Provision of monthly landlords statements
  • Liaising with utility providers and Council offices
  • Regular property inspections and written reports every 3 months
  • Management of property maintenance and repairs
  • Arrangement of mandatory safety inspections
  • Dealing with any problems arising throughout the tenancy and enquiries
  • Annual Rent Review
  • Rent increase negotiation and notices
  • Full check-out procedure including deposit return negotiations

Maintenance Repair Limit UK Landlords: £150

Issuing Rent Increase notice: £60

To attend court alongside you, this is charged per hour: £48 (Per Hour)
To cover the costs associated with managing the logistics of Tenant Swap: £360
We will be due this percentage of the eventual sale price as an introductory fee whereby the tenant purchases the property from the landlord: 1.8%
Termination Fee: 90% of rent due for one month period (subject to a Minimum Fee of £450)

Tenant Find Fee: 90% of rent due for one month period, subject to a minimum fee of £360.00
