3.) Create a set of draft property details and have them with you within 48 hours of your take on appointment.

4.) Designate one of our fantastic team as your personal point of contact. They will call you within 48 hours of instruction to introduce themselves and arrange a time to visit your property.

5.) Accompany each and every viewing 7 days a week.

6.) Give honest and constructive feedback within one hour of every viewing.

7.) Your personal point of contact will be in touch at least once a week with up to date marketing updates.

8.) Inform you of every offer made on your property, clarifying the purchasers position to the best of our ability.

9.) Provide you with unbiased and straight talking advice.

10.) Give you weekly sales progress calls once a sale is agreed to help guide your property to a smooth exchange and completion.
