We will then conduct vigorous referencing checks, including credit checks, of your prospective tenants. Following this, we will collect the first month’s rent and a deposit in advance and to undertake a full and complete property inventory. Your tenants will sign a full and detailed tenancy agreement outlining all terms and responsibilities. We then look after the monthly rental collection thereafter, eliminating any hassle of chasing late payments and providing you with monthly statements, either by post or email.
After the first 3 months, we will arrange for an interim inspection to take place at your property and we will continue to conduct these every 6 months. We are also on hand to organise and supervise any repairs or maintenance work that is required. Our expert Property Management team will also liaise with both parties on renewal agreements and with clients on deposit releases.
